SKATE AND DESTROY

My parents sent me this for my last birthday. It's an old Super 8 movie transferred to DVD.
I'm guessing circa somewhere around 1980 or 1981, which would put me in the 12-13 year old range.
There are so many things that are so amazingly awesome about this vid! The bright yellow Rector pads. The knee high striped socks. And, my god, those shorts!!!
I added The Faction's "Skate And Destroy" as a soundtrack in tribute to the old Bones Brigade Videos.
The Death Ramp itself... 45 degrees of death defying terror.
But, most notable is the graffiti on the ramp.
The bands...Void, Big Boys, Misfits, JFA, and the symbol for Milwaukee band Disdain (Mr. Yuk). Our brand preferences; OJ's, Indy's, Bones, Dog Town...
I'm actually riding my first real deck in this vid, given to me by the drummer for Negative Element, Keith Lyons. It's an old Dogtown deck, the Paul Constantino model.
I wish I still had this deck...

For reference, I'm the first skater in the vid, followed by my brother Steve (from Rights Of The Accused), and then my brother Barry ( from Negative Element).
This is just a hoot. I don't know what else to say...
