My producer, J Yuenger, really pushed to get the best he could from me, and it showed when I listened back to all that we had recorded. It was tough, and at times, demanding, but, in the end, what we ended up with was really good. As we let these tracks settle, and decide what to do with each song, they will each grow into great little songs. I can't wait to see what happens next. Stay tuned, and I'll keep you posted. I promise, this new record will be worth the wait!

A Pleasant Surprise!
On November 5th, we played a set at the Deland Original Music Festival, our 2nd year out there. It's such a huge event with so many bands, you can't help but enjoy yourself. Halfway through our set, a guy jumped up on stage and informed me that I had won the SSA's 2011 Songwriter Of The Year Award! The whole band was shocked. There was a long line of songwriters there that deserved it, so I'm both humbled and inspired. A big thank you to the fans that voted for us, and to the SSA and the Deland Original Music Festival for putting together such a great event.

In Memorium...

The band that I had before I started this project, was a band called The Rondos. It was a really fun, late 70's style powerpop band. We had a wonderful guy on guitar named Ralph Ameduri. Recently, our friend Ralph was murdered while taking a break from a gig at a club. It's been a huge blow to the Central Florida music scene, as he was indeed a fixture. He is missed by many, and so many people want to help. So, in that spirit, there is a benefit show in his honor to raise money for his family and fiance. I will be reuniting with my old Rondo's pals for a one time reunion performance. It's gearing up to be a lot of fun. If you are in the area, please try to attend. There are 27 bands on the bill as of now, and some great talent. You can read more here.
If you are elsewhere in the world, and would like to do a nice thing for some very nice people, that could use your help, please donate to this website...

CD #3 Underway!
Work has officially begun on our 3rd CD. This one will be a little different from the last two. The premise of this project has always been to let the songs become what they naturally want to be, and not try to pigeon hole them into any specific style or genre. So, I'm gonna try to shake off the alt-country typecast, and put out something new and interesting. I'll be working with producer J. Yuenger on this one. Fans may remember J was the guy that mastered our 2nd CD, "Perfect! Do It Again!", turning my living room recordings into something that sounded fantastic, so I'm stoked to be working with him again. There is no official deadline for completion, but I'll keep you posted as we progress. I'm very excited about this new project! Stay tuned!!
